Marc Henderson (M.B.A., CFA): Non-Executive Chairman, Director
Mr. Henderson has over 20 years experience running public mining companies as CEO. He has been President of Laramide Resources Ltd. since 1995. He is Past President of Aquiline Resources Inc. and MineFinders; responsible for acquiring the Navidad silver deposit and the Delores property (Mexico), which is now in production.

Martin Walter: President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Walter brings to the company more than 15 years of operational and international mineral development experience as company officer or consulting geologist. He was Executive Vice President and a director of Aquiline Resources Inc. from 2003 to its acquisition in December 2009 by Pan American Silver Corp. Mr. Walter is a co-founder and a director of Crown Point Ventures Ltd., and was instrumental in building assets and a team in Latin America, specifically Argentina.

Bill Fisher, Director
Mr. Fisher has an extensive background managing in mining exploration and development. Since 1991 he has been Chief Executive Officer of Karmin Exploration Inc. where he is also a Director. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of GlobeStar Mining Corporation from 2001 till 2008 where he was also a Director. Mr. Fisher is also Chairman of the board of directors and a Director of Aurelian Resources Inc. and is a Director of PC Gold.

Blaise Yerly, Director
Mr. Yerly is currently Managing Director, Minosucra LLC (formerly Triumph International Trading Ltd.) from 1998 to present. Mr. Yerly was Chairman of the board of directors of Aquiline Resources Inc. and Managing Director of BHSCH Trading Company B.V. (trading company).

Peter Walker, Director
Mr. Walker has an extensive mining industry background. From 1993 to 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Corona Gold Corporation. Since 1993 he has been a director of Corona. He is currently self-employed as a management consultant.

Doug Bache, Director
Mr. Bache has 20 years experience in mine finance and development and has been a Director and Officer of various public companies. He is a business consultant and provides corporate finance and strategic advice to junior mining companies. He has significant experience with start-up companies and advancing mine projects from early stage to development.

Harry Burgess: Director
Mr. Burgess has 40 years of global mining experience. Mr. Burgess is founder and former Vice-President of Micon International Limited, a mining consulting practice. He is an experienced engineer and brings international mine building experience to Treasury Metals. In addition, he sits on the board of several TSX and TSX Venture listed companies. Mr. Burgess holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and mining engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London, London.
