Company Background

Treasury Metals Incorporated (TSX: TML) is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and development company, with a growth-oriented strategy focused on expanding its gold resources, developing its Canadian mineral properties and potentially acquiring accretive advanced stage gold projects in the Americas. The Company's flagship asset is the Goliath Gold Project, an advanced-stage, high-grade gold deposit near Dryden Ontario, in the Kenora Mining District. The Company completed a 50,000 m drilling campaign at Goliath in Fall 2011, and in October, announced an updated National Instrument 43-101 Resource Estimate; several development stage programs are underway at the Goliath Gold Project.

Treasury Metals has a second property: the Goldcliff Project that is located 50 km south of Dryden along the highly prospective Manitou Straits Fault Zone.

In addition to these properties, Treasury Metals has existing royalty revenue and other monetizable assets. Treasury Metals was created as a spin-off company of Laramide Resources Limited and benefits from a strong existing shareholder base.
