Scott Jobin-Bevans (Ph.D., P.Geo.): President & CEO, Director
Dr. Jobin-Bevans has nearly 20 years' experience in mineral exploration and has been a Director, Officer and Technical Advisor of various public companies. He is Co-founder and a Director of Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. and has extensive experience in management including project management and bringing projects from generative stage through to development.

Jim Fairbairn (C.A.): Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fairbairn has over 18 years of senior financial experience with public exploration and development and resources companies. Currently he is CFO of Vena Resources and Treasurer of CGX Energy. His strengths include financial management, mergers and aquisitions and financing emerging companies.

Chris Irwin (B.A., L.LB.): Company Secretary
Mr. Irwin has over 19 years of experience advising public mineral exploration companies and is a Director of several companies. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996. Mr. Irwin has extensive expertise in private placements and in corporate agreements including joint ventures and merger and acquisition transactions.
