Scott Jobin-Bevans (Ph.D., P.Geo.): President & CEO, Director
Dr. Jobin-Bevans has nearly 20 years' experience in mineral exploration and has been a Director, Officer and Technical Advisor of various public companies. He is Co-founder and a Director of Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. and has extensive experience in management including project management and bringing projects from generative stage through to development.

Dennis Gibson (C.G.A.): Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, is a Certified General Accountant and has held various senior financial positions for the past thirty years. Mr. Gibson served as Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary for Vector Intermediaries Inc from 1996 to 2004, as CFO for Aquiline Resources Inc. from April 2006 to December 2009 and as CFO for Laramide Resources Ltd. from April 2006.

Chris Irwin (B.A., L.LB.): Company Secretary
Mr. Irwin has over 19 years of experience advising public mineral exploration companies and is a Director of several companies. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996. Mr. Irwin has extensive expertise in private placements and in corporate agreements including joint ventures and merger and acquisition transactions.
